From Village to You

Every pack of Pindaura carries with it the soul of a village. It begins in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, where sugarcane has been grown for generations. Here, farmers rise with the sun, tending to their fields with patience and care, not relying on chemicals or quick fixes but on natural compost and traditional wisdom. For them, sugarcane is not just a crop — it’s a way of life, a heritage passed down through families.

Instead of sending their harvest to mills that strip away both nutrients and fairness, our farmers choose to create sweetness the honest way. With traditional methods, they transform fresh cane juice into jaggery, khand (raw sugar), and brown sugar that preserve the very minerals nature intended. From the boiling pan to the block, every step is done with dedication and integrity.

When you bring home Pindaura, you don’t just taste sweetness — you taste a journey that starts in the heart of the village and travels to your kitchen with purity, nutrition, and trust intact.

  1. Cultivated with Care – In Shamli’s fertile fields, sugarcane is grown naturally using vermicompost and eco-friendly practices that enrich the soil and protect the earth.
  2. Traditional Processing – Fresh juice is boiled slowly in open pans, impurities skimmed off by hand, and sweetness concentrated without losing essential nutrients like iron, magnesium, and potassium.
  3. Pure Transformation – The juice is shaped into jaggery blocks, ground into fine jaggery powder, or crystallized into khand and brown sugar — all without sulfites, bleaching, or preservatives.
  4. Safe Packaging – Once crafted, our sweeteners are packed hygienically in export-ready packaging that seals freshness and ensures quality during transport.
  5. Delivered with Trust – Finally, from the hands of Shamli’s farmers, Pindaura travels across cities, cafés, and international borders — carrying with it a story of authenticity, health, and fairness.
