How are Pindaura products organic?

All our jaggery and khand come from our own acres of farmland, where sugarcane is grown naturally without chemicals. We enrich the soil with nutrition from our in-house vermicompost plant, ensuring a truly organic process from farm to pack.

Are Pindaura products sulphur-free?

Yes, 100% sulphur-free. Instead of chemicals, we use a traditional and natural method by adding okra (bhindi) roots to clarify sugarcane juice. This makes our jaggery pure, safe, and healthier.

How does Pindaura jaggery have such a long shelf life? Do you add preservatives?

We never use preservatives. The secret lies in our traditional process—we dry the jaggery and jaggery powder under broad sunlight for several days. This reduces moisture naturally, keeping the sweetness intact and extending shelf life.
